Meshtrack provides an online educational platform offering group sessions, individual lessons, personalized learning paths, and live interaction with instructors. The Service connects students across geographic boundaries to quality educational content and instruction.

Instructors using the platform may be independent contractors. We are not responsible for the actions, conduct, or performance of individual instructors.
7.3 Session Attendance
You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions may not be refundable or reschedulable except as specified in our cancellation policy.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Meshtrack SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
